ANNEX 1 – Specifications for the management and control software for medical centre calls
The software for the management and control of calls from medical centres will be provided jointly with the Omkiner entity and will consist of the provision of the following services for each user:
- Software / panel of management of calls that requires an integration with voip switchboard ( Voice over IP) of telephony that also is included like part of the service. (*)
- 1 DDI Voip: A telephone number deletes for the query. Also they can add more DDIs , with additional cost.
- Extensions of virtual switchboards (Ext CVD): So many like number of concurrent users use the service.
- Channels for simultaneous calls (Channels CVD): 3 channels by user hired.
- Access of unified user: A non-concurrent access by user with access to all the functionalities of the software of management.
It also includes 1,000 minutes of free calls per contracted user. The calls included in this pack are to landlines and mobiles (calls to premium rate numbers, 902, etc. and international calls are not included). Excess calls contracted will be billed separately to the customer as well as costs associated with WhatsApp, SMS or future solutions or integrations with the management software.
For the installation, it will be necessary to define the necessary consumption for each client, specifying the number of telephone terminals, handsets, switches to extend the existing network and provide coverage for the telephones, which may be purchased or rented according to the following prices on the basis of which TOP DOCTORS may define the price to the client.

For other particularities or customer requests, such as the need to have telephones with extensions in each office with or without outgoing calls, as well as if a customised installation is necessary, a separate quotation will be required.
(*) PARTICULAR CONDITIONS VOIP SERVICE (Provided by OMKINER)
- Customer Service. The customer must report any incidents detected in the Service by calling TD’s customer service TEL. no. …………. The breakdown service is provided from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00 on weekdays.
- Technical Assistance Service. TD does not guarantee the optimal service of IP telephony and is not responsible for possible incidents if IP access, ADSL or other broadband access is not provided by OMKINER.
- Causes for refusal of the application. TD may refuse to register the Service in the following cases:
- a) Incomplete or erroneous data in the essential information of the application.
- b) Any other cause that may be voluntarily agreed between the operators, within or arising from the legal framework.
ANNEX 2 – Initial prices for telephone line and DDI’s services
The contracting of the service and its price is based on the number of concurrent users of the medical practice or centre, i.e. the number of people using the service simultaneously.
On this basis, a flat rate per user of €79 plus VAT per user is established.
Due to current legislation regarding telephone billing, the company OMKINER will bill the €4 corresponding to the initial 1,000 minutes included in the Pack and TD the difference for the service contracted by the customer.
For the case of large customers, such as hospitals or large clinics and polyclinics, the billing system will be established on an ad hoc and consensual basis.
Call costs and additional services for Europe are detailed below:
